Adelina “Tilly” Rose, 100 of Nutley, passed away on December 10 after a brief illness. Adelina was born in Bronx, NY to John and Marianina (Santoro) Biondi, and moved to Nutley at 3 years old where she became a lifelong resident. Adelina was predeceased by her eight siblings, including five brothers Gerard (Isabel), Anthony (Rita), James (Giuseppina), Louis (Anna), and John (Virginia) and three sisters Anna Cacioppo (Sam), Carmella Rosa (James), and Clara Corino (Frank). Adelina was also predeceased by her loving husband Angelo “Charlie” Rose in 1971, and by her oldest son Charles (Rita) in 2018. She is survived by her sons Thomas (Mary), and Joseph (Donna), by grandchildren Chuck (Heidi), John, Josée, Mollie, Michael (Deanna), Matthew (Shannon), Emily (Ed), Steven, and Zachary (Giuseppina), and by great grandchildren Enzo, Isabella, Michael and Giuseppe. Adelina is also survived by her loving niece Dee Jornt.

Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, from 4-7pm.

Burial will be private.
