Alice E. Hill, 71

Alice E. Hill, 71, of Toms River, passed away on November 3, 2018. Born in East Orange, the daughter of Alice I (Shanahan) and Bernard J. Tinsdale, she lived in Nutley prior to moving to Toms River. A graduate of the East Orange General Hospital School of X-Ray Technology; prior to her retirement, she worked as an X-Ray Technician.
Alice is survived by her beloved husband, Donald W. Hill; 2 children, Geoffrey M. and Lindsay A. Hill; her granddaughters, Jocelyn and Raquel Hill; her sister, Annemarie Vitale and her brother, Bernard Tinsdale.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 267 Centre St., Nutley at 4:30 p.m.

Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2-5 p.m.

The cremation services will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. John's Church "Feed the Hungry" 22 Mulberry St. Newark, NJ 07100 would be preferred.
