Angel Gustavo Segovia Rubio, 80
Angel G. Segovia, of Belleville, passed away on Tuesday, August 28, 2018. Born in Pujili, Ecuador, the son of the late Rafael and Maria Isabel (Rubio) Segovia, he lived in Ecuador and Newark prior to moving to Belleville 34 years ago.
When living in Ecuador Angel was an elementary school teacher. He retired as a machine operator from Severna Operations, Inc. in Parsippany.
Angel is survived by his wife, Marcia (Guerrero) Segovia; his daughter, Jennifer Chan and her husband, Andrew; his granddaughters, Janina and Janella and his brothers, Vincenzo, Marco and Lirio Segovia and was predeceased by his sister, Evangelina Segovia.
All funeral services were held privately.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Alzheimer’s Association, Greater New Jersey Chapter would be preferred.
