Loving Daughter, Sister & Aunt
Angelina M. Salvatoriello, 88, passed away on Sunday, January 20, 2019. Born in Newark, the daughter of Giuseppina (Marsella) and Giuseppe Salvatoriello, she was a lifelong resident.
Angelina retired from Ferrara’s Pastry Shop in Newark and was an active parishioner and former member of the Rosary Society at St. Francis Xavier Church.
She is survived by many loving nieces and nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews. Along with her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers, Rocco, Anthony, Joseph, Jerry and Ernest.
"Aunt Angie" was a woman of strong faith. Her greatest happiness came from spending time with all her nieces and nephews, and especially family events that included Rocco, Olivia, Capri and Emilia. She will be remembered for her generous and kind spirit and love of family and friends.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, January 23rd at St. Francis Xavier Church, 243 Abington Avenue in Newark at 11 a.m.
The interment will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Newark.
Visitors will be received at St. Francis Xavier Church from 10 a.m. until mass time.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (www.stjude.org) would be appreciated.
