Loving Wife, Mother and Grandmother
Ann Marie Glavan, 71 of Nutley passed away on Tuesday, April 16, 2019. Born in Hackensack, the daughter of the late Edward C. and Marie (De Gaetano) Kaiser, she lived in Ridgewood before moving to Nutley 45 years ago. Ann Marie was an outstanding wife and mother.
The beloved wife of Dennis G. Glavan, Ann Marie is also survived by her loving daughters, Kristen Metzger and her husband David, and Alissa Glavan, and her two grandchildren, Amanda and Madeleine Metzger. Along with her parents, she was predeceased by her sister Carol Shannon.
The funeral service will be Thursday at 10 a.m. from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 267 Centre St., Nutley.
The interment will follow at Glendale Cemetery in Bloomfield.
Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (www.stjude.org) would be appreciated.
