Obituary for Anthony Vincent Salvato

Anthony V Salvato Jr. (Vincent) 64, of Belleville NJ passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Thursday Oct 20 2022.

Born and raised in Newark NJ, Vincent enlisted in the Armed forces of the United States at an early age. Stationed in Korea, he went on to become a tactical wire operations specialist and was honorably discharged as a proud Army Veteran years later.

Vincent went on to aquire his CDL and drove a truck for L & T Enterprises among other companies.

Vincent enjoyed many things in life, playing pool, going to the casino, road trips, ATV riding, tricky trays and animal benefits, horse back riding, family parties and dinners that ended with a good card game and watching old movies to name a few. But what Vincent enjoyed most of all was simply being at home with his family and cats. Eating, laughing and reminiscing with his brother John and his sisters. To him that's what brought the most joy to his life. It was as evident as the smile on his face in every picture taken at 55.

Vincent is predeceased by his parents Anthony V. Salvato Sr. and mother Margaret (Yannuzzello) Salvato.

Vincent is survived by his sisters; Marie Salvato Tribel and husband Anton, Angela Carlomagno and husband Bruce, Antonia (Toni) Salvato, Danise (Bonnie) Salvato Taboadela and her late husband Bob, and brother John J. Salvato, nieces; Tania Salvato Florio and husband Kenny and their dog Emma, Venus Panek and husband Steve and their dog Penny, Nephew; Alfredo Hernandez, Close friends; Junior (Richie), Carol and all of the many cats and animals he loved so much.

Visitors will be recieved November 5, 2022 from the S. W. Brown and Son Funeral Home from 2-4PM.
