Anthony “Brownie” C. Andriola, 80, lifelong resident of Nutley, passed away Monday, October 30, 2023. Born in Newark, NJ, Anthony was the son of the late Charles and Doris (Perella) Andriola. He retired as an equipment operator for the Township of Nutley. Anthony is survived by his beloved wife JoAnn Andriola, his daughter Maria, and her husband Chief Thomas Strumolo of the Nutley Police Department, and his three grandchildren Thomas Jr., Natalia Maria, and Vincenza Helen. He was predeceased by his son Anthony Andriola Jr., and his sister Delores Muccigrosso.
The funeral will be Thursday, November 2, 2023, at 9:30am from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, (www.swbrownandson.com), 267 Centre St., Nutley.
The funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30am at St. Mary’s Church, Nutley.
The interment will follow at Glendale Cemetery, Bloomfield.
Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday, November 1st from 3 – 7pm.
