Anthony F. Kamand, 88 of Boonton, passed away on Saturday March 28, 2020. Born in Newark, the son of the late August and Dorothy (Viola) Kamand, Anthony, a former builder retired as a real estate appraiser. He graduated from Utah State College, School of Engineering and served in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus of Manchester and was a former parishioner of St. Joseph’s Church in West Orange. The beloved husband of the late Rachel O. (Desiderio) Kamand, he is survived by his children, Anthony, Barbara, Linda, and Robert Kamand; a sister, Angelina Rizzo; and 4 grandchildren, Brian, Dillon, and Maggie Kamand, and Michael Kruk.
There will be a memorial service at a future date.
