Antoinette Salvato, 94 of Cedar Grove, passed away on Wednesday, March 4, 2020. Born in Newark to Anthony and Anna (Darpino) Colasanti, she lived most of her life in Belleville.
The beloved wife of the late Michael V. Salvato, she is survived by her loving daughters Marianne Vitiello and her husband Sal; Annette Bucci and her husband Joe and Michele Amato and her husband Jim, her grandchildren Melanie Klastava and her husband Mike; Kristen Wahler and her husband Paul; Nicole Bucci, Michael Bucci, Dana Amato and Ashley Amato, her great-grandchildren Amanda, Luke, Victoria and Olivia and many loving nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents and husband Antoinette was predeceased by her siblings Annie Adonetti and her husband Joe; John Colasanti and his wife Millie; Ben Colasanti and his wife Pauline; Lena Francese and her husband Tony; Yolanda Francese and her husband Ralph; Theresa Morgera and her husband Nick; Mary Cabrelli and her husband Frank; Connie Salvato and her husband Vincent and Elsie Ricciardi and her husband Vincent.
The funeral will be Saturday, March 7, 2020 at 8:30 a.m. from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 267 Centre St., Nutley.
The funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. at Holy Family Church in Nutley.
