Beloved husband, father & grandfather, Union City business owner
Argelio Carrillo of Bloomfield, passed away on Wednesday April 11, 2018 at his home. Born in Cuba, he was the son of the late Juan and Adoracion (Rodriguez) Carrillo. Mr. Carrillo lived in Union City, where he was the proprietor of Carrillo’s Grocery Store before retiring. He came to Bloomfield in 1988. Argelio is survived by his beloved wife, Zaida (Morales) Carrillo, his devoted children, Marta Lampon and Lito Carrillo, 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his daughter Miriam Gomez, 5 brothers and 3 sisters. He also leaves his brothers, Domingo, Nestor and Medio and his sister, Resla.
A Funeral Service will be conducted at the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 267 Centre St. Nutley on Saturday April 14 at 11 am followed by burial at Glendale Cemetery in Bloomfield.
Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Friday April 13 from 4-8 pm.
