Arthur Giacalone of Verona passed away on January 31, 2018. Born in Newark, the son of the late Anna (Cocucci) & Vito Giacalone, he lived in Nutley prior to moving to Verona 25 years ago. Arthur is survived by his beloved wife, Rita (De Persio) Giacalone; 4 children, Arthur V., Toni Essertier, Gregory & Rita Carla Giacalone and 10 grandchildren.
Arthur served in the U.S. Navy. Prior to his retirement, he was in the Dry Cleaner profession.
Visitors will be received at the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home 267 Centre St., Nutley on Saturday from 12-4 p.m.
Cremation will be private.
