Loving Mother, Sister, and Grandmother
Barbara Berger of Nutley, NJ, passed away on June 10, 2023. Born in Passaic, NJ, lived in Nutley most of her life. Barbara was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Julia Cafone. She was predeceased by her loving husband Edward C. Berger. She was a paralegal with the Essex County Court System. She is survived by her daughter Jill Raffaele and her husband Joseph, her sister, Virginia Jacone and her husband John, and their daughter Leanne, her grandchildren Francesca, Nicolas and Joseph, and her K-9 friend Percy.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Family Church, 28 Brookline Avenue, Nutley on Wednesday June 14, 2023, at 12:00 noon.
The interment will follow at Glendale Cemetery, Bloomfield, NJ.
There will be no visitation prior to mass.
