Obituary for Carmella A. Gabriele (Saporito)
Carmella A. (Saporito) Gabriele, 75, passed away on Monday August 15, 2022. Born in Newark, she was the daughter of the late Constantino (Danny) and Angelina (Castrovillari) Saporito. Carmella was a former resident of Midland Park and Passaic, prior to going to Preakness Health Care, Wayne.
A loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister. Carmella is survived by her daughter Christina Brutofsky and her husband John, her son in law Ricky Hermann, her grandchildren Danielle, Robert, Nicole, Ricky, Christopher, and Gregory, and her great grandchildren Averie, Chance, and Via, and her brothers Donald and Emil Saporito. She was predeceased by a daughter Maria Hermann, and son Michael Gabriele.
Visitors will be received at the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 267 Centre St. Nutley on Thursday August 18 from 5-8 pm.
A funeral service will be offered at the funeral home on Friday August 19 at 11:00 am, interment will be at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus, NJ.
