Obituary for Carmen Juarbe
Carmen Juarbe, 90, of Newark, New Jersey passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2020 peacefully at her home surrounded by family.
Carmen was born on July 29, 1929 in San Jose, Costa Rica, where she was raised. She immigrated to the United States to the United States in 1964, she resided in Newark, New Jersey for over 55 years. She devoted herself to taking care of children and later worked for herself in a house cleaning business where she retired after 30 years.
The beloved wife of the Honorio Juarbe, she is survived by her loving daughters Ernestina Escobar and her husband Romeo, Elbecia Triana and her husband Ovidio, Consuelo Juarbe-Aponte and her husband Jose and Linda Carbora and her husband Michael, her grandchildren Jasmin Perez and her husband Alex, Rogelio Triana, Jose L. Aponte, II, Andrew Aponte, Madison Carbora and great-grandson Donovan Perez.
Due to the pandemic in our country, a private burial will be held. Carmen dedicated her life to taking care of others, we ask that you take care of yourselves and of each other. Please remember her fondly and with love.
