Loving Wife, Mother & Grandmother
Carole L. Ombalsky, of Neshanic Station, NJ, passed away on Monday, April 09, 2018. Born in Newark, the daughter of the late Mary (Mancinelli) & Salvatore Lavanco, she lived in Newark and Belleville prior to moving to Neshanic Station.
Prior to her retirement, she worked for Peter Zazzali, MD handling medical insurance claims.
The beloved wife of the late Joseph M. Ombalsky Jr., she is survived by her children, Sandra Miceli & her husband Michael and Joseph Ombalsky & his wife Isabelle; 3 grandchildren, Michael & Matthew Miceli and Joseph Ombalsky Jr.; and her sister, MaryAnn Colombo & her husband Joseph.
The funeral will be Thursday at 9 a.m. from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, (www.swbrownandson.com), 267 Centre St., Nutley.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Peter’s Church in Belleville at 10 a.m.
The interment will follow at Glendale Cemetery in Bloomfield.
Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m.
