Christopher “Vit” Vitaletti, 55, of Nutley, passed away on Saturday, December 24, 2022. Born in Belleville, NJ, Christopher lived in Bloomfield prior to moving to Nutley 22 years ago. He was the son of the late Lawrence “Sonny” and Carol (Amato) Vitaletti. He was a truck driver for M. Veniero Trucking in Belleville, and previously worked for the Signal Division for NJ Transit. Christopher is survived by his beloved wife Denise (Bickert) Vitaletti, daughter Amanda Burkart and her husband John, his sister LoriAnn Cassie and her husband Anthony, sister-in-law Sheila Westerveld and her husband Mike, nephew Anthony Lawrence Cassie, and grandchildren Alyssa, Peyton, Lennon, and his future grandson.

Visitors will be received at the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 267 Centre St., Nutley, on Wednesday, December 28, 2022, from 5 – 7pm. A service will be conducted at 6:30pm.
