Cordiano Pellegrino of Nutley, passed away on Friday August 18, 2017 at his home. Born in Salerno, Italy, he was the son of the late Giuseppe and Rachel Pellegrino. Mr. Pellegrino lived in Newark before coming to Nutley in 1977 and retired from the maintenance department of Verizon in Newark. A devoted husband, father and grandfather, he is survived by his beloved wife, Carmela (Passeggio) Pellegrino, his children, Rachel Zatorski, Maria, Anna and Vincent Pellegrino and his grandson, David Zatorski. He also leaves his brothers, Pasquale, John and Anthony Pellegrino and his sister, Anna Senatore.
Funeral from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 267 Centre St. Nutley on Tuesday August 22 at 8:30 am.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Church, Nutley at 9:30 am followed by entombment at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington.
Visiting will be at the funeral home on Monday from 3-8 pm.
