Obituary for Damiano Stancato
With broken hearts and deep sadness we announce the passing of our dear father Damiano Stancato on May 23, 2020 at the age of 88.
He came from Acri, Italy in 1959 and started his own landscaping business In 1966. He also worked for Hoffman La Roche for 18 years retiring in 1994.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife Rosa of 50 years in 2008.
Proud father of Rose Marie and husband Wayne, Donna and husband Richard, Frances, Louie and his wife Leanne.
Adored PopPop of Nicole and Chris, Gianna and Brian, Dominic and Nikki, Gabriella, Vincent, Nicholas, Alyssa, Christopher, Deanna and his great grandson Cole Dominic.
Also survived by his twin brother Cosmo and family in Brazil as well as his sister Angelina and family in Italy.
He loved and lived for his family . He enjoyed making and sharing his homemade wine as well as tending to his garden. He has always been a pillar of strength for his family and will be sorely missed.

Burial was private. Memorial mass to be held at a later date.
