Daniel Ruggiero Jr., 82 of Nutley, passed away Monday, December 28, 2020. Born in Belleville, Daniel was the son of the late Marie (Fusaro) and Daniel Ruggiero. He retired as the Director of Operations for Stryker Corp. Daniel was honorably discharged from the U.S. Air Force in 1959.
He is survived by the love of his life Virginia (Todd) Ruggiero, his daughter, Cindi Ann Mitchell and her husband William; sister Christine Gisi and her husband Carmine; sister-in-law Judy Goodman and her husband Tommy; 2 grandchildren Danielle and Nicholas Mitchell; and several nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents, Daniel was predeceased by his son Daniel M. Ruggiero and his sister Catherine Rummel.
The funeral will be Monday, January 4th at 9am from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, (www.swbrownandson.com), 267 Centre St., Nutley.
The funeral mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Nutley.
Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Sunday, January 3rd from 4:30pm to 7:30pm.
Cremation will be private.
