Dona Marie Avila, 61

Dona Marie Avila, of Bloomfield, passed away on Saturday, August 18, 2018. Born in Newark, the daughter of the late George and Florence (Seagle) Baldwin, she moved to Bloomfield 35 years ago.
Dona is survived by her loving husband, Mark V. Chirico; her mother-in-law, Virginia Chirico; 2 sisters, Kathy Merk & her husband, Tom and Cindy Ludovico and her husband, Nick; and a sister-in-law, Kelly O’Dell and her husband, Charles. She was also the aunt of Nick Ludovico, Jr., Lindy Ann and Connor O’Dell and she will be missed by her loving companions, Zorrie and Tiggie.

The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Church, 28 Brookline Avenue in Nutley on Thursday at 10:30 a.m.
