Elizabeth Baylock, 96 of Toms River, NJ, passed away on Thursday January 27, 2022. Born and raised in the Ironbound section of Newark, she was the daughter of the late Owen and Katherine (Kiernan) Collins. Elizabeth lived in Newark and Belleville before moving to Toms River 18 years ago. She worked as an executive assistant for Celanese Corp in Newark, NJ before retiring many years ago. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, and sister.
She is survived by her children William (Skip) Baylock and his wife Kathleen, Judy Ruffalo and her husband Joseph, and Robin Ritchie and her husband Blair. She also survived by her grandchildren Joseph Ruffalo and his wife Bettina, James Ruffalo and his wife Kelly, Catherine Izbicki, her daughter in law Michelle Izbicki and Daniel, Robert, and Michael Baylock, granddaughter in-law Michelle Izbicki, and 6 great-grandchildren Nicholas, Aubree, Peyton, Ava, Robert JR. and Aiden. She also leaves behind her sisters Janet Vassale, Kathleen Stone, and her husband Roger. She was predeceased by her husband Robert Baylock, her grandson, Robert Izbicki, her siblings, Eugene and David Collins, William Reynolds, and Patricia Sussko.

Visitors will be received at the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 267 Centre St. Nutley on Tuesday February 1 from 4-7 pm. A Service will be held at the funeral home at 6:30pm.
