The loving daughter of Nicholas and Jeannette (nee) Sivolella, Betty was the loving and caring wife of the late Joseph Toole, Jr. Loving sister and sister-in-law to the late Marie DeFrino Siculietano and her husband the late Phillip Siculietano. Loving sister to Janet and Geraldine DeFrino. Loving Aunt to her nephew Phillip N. Siculietano who was devoted to her and cared for her all her life and his husband Kenneth Costello. Betty graduated from Seton Hall University. She worked for The Prudential Insurance Company for 43 years in Newark, NJ, retiring in 1994. Betty spent most of her years at Prudential working for the seven Chief Economists in the Economic and Investment Research Department.

Betty enriched the lives of others by the way she lived her life. She faced many serious health challenges, dealing with them quietly and courageously. Betty cared deeply for her family and friends. They were always her top priority. She was always there to lend a helping hand and to encourage and help you in whatever way she could.

Betty enjoyed traveling, attending the theater, opera, and the Jersey Shore. She was an avid reader.
