Condolence From: Anthony W. Stivale
Condolence: We were deeply saddened by the news about the death of Emily. We are so very sorry. Knowing that this is an extremely difficult time, please take solace in knowing that she and your entire family are in our thoughts and our prayers. Emily was such a kind soul, who will be greatly missed by all who knew her. We will miss her presence in the neighborhood, her soft-spoken quick wit, and her infectious smile that naturally expressed love. We fondly remember her “heading out” in her car with some girlfriends for lunch or shopping, and more recently sitting for hours with Missy to discuss “life in general” (Missy was 19 when Emily was 91 – they laughed about the reverse numbers). Emily too would call out to say hello from the front window to ensure all was safe in the neighborhood. It always felt like home knowing she was there. Every time we come down Ivy place, we think of Emily. We will miss her <3. We know how much you will miss Emily, but you can take comfort and strength from the wonderful family you have together. We know the strong loving bond will get you through this difficult time. As we have mentioned in the past, know that we are here to help anytime ~ we are just across the street. May God bless your family during this time and always, and may Emily rest in peace in heaven. The Stivale Family
