Pre-School Director

Evonne Romanelli, passed away on Tuesday, September 4, 2018. Born in Newark, the daughter of the late Augustus and Rose (Polito) Condon, she was a lifelong resident of Nutley.
Evonne retired from the Carousel Early Learning Center in Westwood as their Director.
She is survived by her loving husband, Russell Romanelli; 2 children, Kimberly Ritacco and her husband, Anthony and Thomas J. Romanelli and his wife, Kristen; 4 grandchildren, Paige and Brynn Ritacco and Cassandra and Shane Romanelli; and her sister, Maureen Sparta and her husband, Dennis.

The funeral will be Saturday at 8:30 a.m. from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 267 Centre St., Nutley.

The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Church in Nutley at 9:30 a.m.

The interment will follow at Glendale Cemetery in Bloomfield.

Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in memory of Evonne would be appreciated.
