Francine Lopa, 74 of Nutley, passed away Monday July 13, 2020. Born in Newark, Francine was the daughter of the late Frank and Julia (Clemente) Mastrodicasa. She retired as an office manager for Dr. James V. Agresti’s medical practice in Nutley. The beloved wife of the late William Lopa, Francine is survived by her children, Sheri Lopa and her partner Michael Beck, and William Lopa Jr. and his partner Leigh-Anne; a grandchild, Arianna Coniglione and her partner Dante Bevere; and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. Along with her husband and parents, Francine was predeceased by her sister, Michele Melillo.


The funeral will be Friday July 17, 2020 at 9:30am from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, (www.swbrownandson.com), 267 Centre St., Nutley.

The funeral mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Church in Nutley at 10:30am.

The entombment will follow at Glendale Cemetery and Mausoleum in Bloomfield.

Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Thursday from 4:30-7:30pm.
