Obituary

Francis A. Jablonski, 69 of Belleville, passed away Thursday June 18, 2020. Born in Newark, Frank was the son of the late Francis Stanley and Eleanor (Preczewski) Jablonski. Frank worked for P.S.E.&G. for 40 years before retiring in 2014. Along with his wife Patricia, Frank also owned and operated Plaza Card & Gift Hallmark store in Belleville for 10 years. Frank was a hard worker his whole life who could fix just about anything. He enjoyed watching Jeopardy with his wife every night. Most importantly, he enjoyed spending time with his grand puppies, D.O.G. and Parsley, and more recently his grandson, Declan.

Frank is survived by his beloved wife, Patricia (DiMassimo) Jablonski; his children, Frankie Jablonski, Lisa Kennedy and her husband Brian, Michelle Jablonski (Rusty); a grandchild, Declan Patrick Kennedy; siblings, Janice Riepe, Raymond Jablonski, and John Jablonski; 8 nieces and nephews, 1 great-niece, 1 great-nephew, and many loving family and friends.

Funeral services for Frank will be held privately.

So sorry to hear of Frank’s passing. I went to high school with him and have fond memories of him. He was such a nice guy. I also watch Jeopardy with my husband every night!

Very sad news. I went all through grammar school starting in McKinley school kindergarten with Frank. Such a nice guy. RIP friend & classmate. My condolences to the Jablonski Family. .
