Frank F. DeRosa, 86, a lifelong resident of Nutley, passed away on Saturday October 16, 2021 at his home. He was the son of the late Frank and Lucy (Harris) DeRosa and was the owner of Bayonne Auto Parts, Inc. in Jersey City before retiring. Frank was an Army National Guard veteran and member of American Legion Post 105 in Belleville. He was also a member of Nutley Elks Lodge #1290. A devoted husband and loving father and grandfather, Frank was predeceased by his beloved wife, Eleanor “Ellie” (Steele) DeRosa. He is survived by his children, Fred DeRosa, Dena Kolano and her husband, Walter and Lori DeRosa. He also leaves his grandchildren, Jaclyn Kolano and her fiancé Ted Harling, Nicholas DeRosa and wife, Lindsey, Vincent DeRosa and wife, Amy, Alicia Rispoli and husband, Kyle and his great grandchildren, Jacob and Dylan DeRosa and Lorenzo Rispoli. Frank was the dear brother of Eileen Mone and Kathie Iovino.

A Funeral Service will be held at the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 267 Centre St. Nutley on Thursday October 21 at 10:30 am followed by burial at Glendale Cemetery in Bloomfield.

Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4-8 pm.
