Obituary for Frank J. Mossucco

Frank J. Mossucco, 93, a lifelong resident of Nutley, passed away on Saturday February 13, 2021. Born in Nutley he was the son of the late Paul and Nancy (Poppalardo) Mossucco. Frank was a mechanic with Lockheed-Martin Corp. in Fairfield before retiring and was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. He also travelled extensively throughout the United States and Europe.

Frank was the dear brother of Caroline Eleuteri and the late Josephine Mantineo, Carmella Sibilia and Rose Mossucco. Along with his sister, he leaves his loving nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews, Karen Eleuteri Renzi and husband, Agostino and their children, Marco and Stephanie, Nancy Schnell, Maria Mantineo, John Mantineo and Paul and Patrick Sabalia and many cousins and friends (and a special thanks to Anthony Volpe and Connie Caracciolo). He was also predeceased by his nieces Paula Saulnier.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Church in Nutley on Saturday February 20 at 10:30 am followed by burial at Glendale Cemetery in Bloomfield. Relatives and friends will be received at the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 267 Centre St. Nutley on Saturday from 8:30 to 10 am.
