Obituary for Franklin Melillo
Franklin Melillo passed away on May 2, 2022 at age 89. He was born and raised in Bloomfield, NJ. Mr. Melillo served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Frank was an avid basketball player throughout his life and enjoyed gardening.
Mr. Melillo lived in Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania and worked for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) for more than 20 years. He is predeceased by his three sisters, Rose Ledden, Catherine D'Ambrosio and Mary Melillo. Frank is survived by four nieces and three nephews.
