HEADING: Head of Maintenance

Gaetano "Guy" Giordano, 71 of Maple Shade passed away on August 3, 2018. Born and raised in Newark he lived in Maple Shade since 2005 previously Cherry Hill. He was pre deceased by his father Anthony Giordano and Mother Rose (Incontrera) and his son Gaetano Jr.
Mr. Gaetano was Head of Maintenance for Wegmans Foods of Cherry Hills previously a Deputy Sheriffs Officer for Essex County and was also employed by the City of Newark in the Water and Sewer and Traffic Signal departments.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 48 years, Mary (Scheland), His brother Anthony, his twin sister Maryann Giordano Barrett and his children Tina, Anthony, Nicholas, Gaetano Gerard, Maryrose, Garry and John Giordano, Linda De Jesus, Gina Groelly Medina, Eugene and Lisa Groelly. He was and also loved by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as many in-laws, nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
Funeral will be from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, (www.swbrownandson.com), 267 Centre St., Nutley on Monday August 6, 2018 at 8:30 am.

The Funeral will be celebrate at Holy Family Church, 9:30am

Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Sunday 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 6:00 to 8:00 pm.
