Gaston Llano, 89 of Nutley, passed away on Wednesday March 8, 2023. Born in Cienfuegos, Cuba, he was the son of the late Enrique and Lourdes (Marcayda) Llano. Gaston was a security officer with Olypia and York Properties before retiring. A devoted husband, father and grandfather, Gaston was predeceased by his beloved wife, Onelia (Montes) Llano and is survived by his children, Jorge Llano, John Llano and his wife Lisa, Evelyn Johnson and her husband, Eric, loving daughter-in-law, Annarita, and his grandchildren, Cynthia, Onelia, John, Jr., Dominique, Amanda and Isabella. He was the brother of the late Cristina Mas and Lourdes Llano and also leaves his dear nieces and nephews.

Funeral from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 267 Centre St. Nutley on Saturday March 11, 2023 at 9:30 am. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Church, Nutley at 10:30 am followed by entombment at East Ridgelawn Cemetery in Clifton.

Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Friday March 10 from 4-8 pm.
