George W. Hyland Jr., 58, of Whiting, formerly of Nutley, passed away Sunday, April 9, 2023. The son of the late George W. and Margaret (Martin) Hyland. He worked as a warehouse manager for Pure Silk Fabrics, Garfield. He enjoyed gardening and swimming. He also was an avid NY Giants and NJ Devils fan. George is survived by his son Christopher Hyland, former wife Laura Hyland and mother-in-law Gerri Intiso.

Visitation from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 267 Centre Street, Nutley, on Thursday May 25, 2023, from 5:30pm - 7:30pm. There will be a memorial service at 7pm.
