Obituary for Gloria Esther Mendez
Gloria Esther Mendez, 76 of Newark, passed away on Sunday March 13, 2022. Born in San Sebastian, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Jovino and Marcella (Perez) Mendez. A devoted daughter and sister and dear aunt, Gloria is survived by her sister, Elba Mendez, her brothers, George and Domingo Mendez and her loving nieces and nephews.
A Mass will be celebrated at St. Michael’s Church, 172 Broadway in Newark on Friday, March 18th at 10:00am.
Committal will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington.
