Helen A. Richlan 84, of Bloomfield passed away peacefully on April 9, 2021, surrounded by her family. Born and raised in Newark, NJ, she was the daughter to the late Guiseppe and Maria (Gugliotta) Mantineo. Helen retired as a clerk with Pilgrim Insurance, Lyndhurst, NJ.
She had a kind heart and was a helpful friend to all. She will be greatly missed and forever remembered by her family and many friends.
She leaves behind her children Robert F. Richlan Jr and his wife Michele, Roberta Suric and her husband Dennis, Richard Richlan and his wife Lisa, a brother Joseph Mantineo and his wife Kathleen, sister Stella Blandino, two grandchildren Dana and Michael, and many nieces and nephews and great and great-great nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by her brother John Mantineo, nephew Victor (Chip) Onofrietto(Frette), her sister & brother-in-law Ann & Victor Frette, and brother-in-law Carmen Blandino.
Cremation will be private.
