Loving Husband, Father. and Grandfather
Howard J. Cook, 72, passed away on January 18, 2022. Born in Newark, he lived in Elizabeth prior to moving to Roselle 36 years ago. Howard was the son of the late John and Evelyn (Hack) Cook. He was predeceased by his daughter Rosemarie Mac Fadden and his sister Barbara Gaer. Howard was a Teacher with the Newark Board of Education, prior to his retirement, he received his primary Bachelor’s Degree and his secondary Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and Religion from Jersey City University, he was president of the Union County Chapter of Gideon. He leaves behind his loving wife Deborah T. (Kaiser) Cook, his children Noel Pulley, Francine Wasson, Evelio Calderon and Marnell Jester, grandchildren Paris, and London Pulley, Kayona, Tanisha and Dali Ann Mac Fadden, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitors will be received Monday, January 24, 2022, the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, (www.swbrownandson.com), 267 Centre St., Nutley, from 5-8pm
A Funeral service will be celebrated at the S.W Brown and Son Funeral Home, on Tuesday, January 25, 2022, at 10:00am
The entombment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Park, Union.
