Ilse M. Tepper, 81, of Nutley, NJ passed away on July 15, 2021. Born in Germany, she lived in Casco, Maine prior to her moving to Nutley few months ago. Ilse was the daughter of the late Edgar and Hedwig (Philipp) Eger, and retired as a chef. She was predeceased by her brother Gerhardt, and her sisters Lisa and Brunhilde. She leaves behind her daughter Petra Tepper and her spouse Laura, son Mark Tepper and his spouse Nancy, longtime companion Robert Bailey, K9 companion Kayle, sister Erna, brother Manfred, and grandchildren Mara and Mathew.

Visiting will be from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, (www.swbrownandson.com), 267 Centre St., Nutley, on Sunday, July 18, 2021, from 2-5pm. A funeral service will be conducted at 4:30pm.

The family wishes memorial contributions be made to The ALS Association – Greater New York Chapter.

Cremation will be private.
