On August 9, 2022 Jack Rivera passed away at the age of 57 after a courageous battle with several health issues, surrounded by his loved ones who will continue his legacy by living their lives to the fullest. Jack was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and uncle. Jack is survived by his loving girlfriend and her children, his mother, siblings, children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service in his honor will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2022, from 6-8pm.
