James J. Barrington, 72, of Belleville passed away at his home on Tuesday, March 16, 2021. Born in Newark, NJ, he resided in Newark prior to moving to Belleville 40 years ago. James was the son of James J. and Norma (Thiede) Barrington. He leaves behind his brothers John H. and Joseph Barrington and a sister Joyann Gonzalo. James retired as a clerk in the library at University Hospital in Newark, NJ.

A funeral service will take place on Tuesday, March 23, 2021. from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 267 Centre St., Nutley. At 11:00 am

The interment will follow at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery, East Orange

Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 from 9-11 am
