Jeanne M. Cassilli, 73 of Belleville, passed away on Friday, September 13, 2019. Born in Newark, Jeanne was the daughter of the late Michael and Ann (San Servio) Mazzara. She retired as the head secretary of Belleville High School and belonged to Belleville’s Woman’s Club, as well as the Red Hat Society.
Jeanne is survived by her beloved husband, Daniel “Duke” Cassilli; her children, Gerald Cassilli and his wife Darlene, and Gina Detoma and her husband David; and grandchildren, Francis and Evan.
The funeral will be Tuesday at 8:30am from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 267 Centre St., Nutley.
The Funeral mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Church in Nutley at 9:30am.
The interment will follow at Glendale Cemetery in Bloomfield.
Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Monday at 4-8pm.
