Obituary for Joan Jean Rinaldi (Mustachio)
Devoted wife and mother
Joan Jean Rinaldi, 92 of Bloomfield, passed away on Thursday March 26, 2020. Born in Glen Ridge, she was the daughter of Anthony and Josephine Mustachio. She lived in Nutley before coming to Bloomfield 50 years ago and was a lab technician for Schering Plough in Bloomfield before leaving to stay home to raise her family. She enjoyed bowling, reading, puzzle solving, playing cards and being with her family and friends.
Joan was predeceased by her beloved husband, Amadeo “Al” Rinaldi, her parents and her brothers, Samuel, Joseph and Anthony Mustachio. She is survived by her loving daughter, Joanne Rinaldi Brashier, her son Richard and his wife, Julie and grand-dogs, Stryder and Shelby. She also leaves numerous nieces and nephews.
Services and interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery will be private.
A Funeral Mass will be planned for a later date.
