John E. Colglazier, 68 of Nutley passed away on Tuesday, November 5, 2019. Born in Bedford, Indiana, the son of Clarence and Mary (Owens) Colglazier, he lived in Manchester, NJ prior to moving to Nutley 31 years ago.
John retired as the maintenance man for Vincent United Methodist Church in Nutley.
The beloved husband of the late Elaine A. (Adams) Colglazier, he is survived by his sons, James M. Sarapoulos and his wife, Sandy and David M. Adams; 4 grandchildren, Brandon, Zachary, Justin & Josephine and his sisters, Helen Cecere and Jackie Gregson. Along with his parents and his wife, John was also predeceased by his sister, Betty Farris.
The funeral service will be held on Friday, November 8, 2019 at the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 267 Centre St., Nutley.
The cremation services will be held privately.
Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 5-8 p.m.
