John (Jay) M. Saar, II, 49 of Nutley passed away on Wednesday August 5, 2020. Born in Okinawa, Japan he lived most of his life in Nutley. Jay worked as a Road Supervisor for Hudson County. Jay is survived by his beloved wife Michele (Intindola) Saar, his sons, John M. III and Anthony M. Saar, his parents John and Maureen Saar, and his sisters Cindy Falco and Kimberly Russomanno. Jay will be remembered for his deep love for his family and friends. Jay had a ready smile and laugh. He was an avid fantasy football player and enjoyed family vacations in Vermont.
