Joseph G. Alfano, 76 of Belleville, passed away Monday, May 11, 2020. Born in Newark, Joseph was the son of the late John and Minnie (Renna) Alfano. He retired as an employee for the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission in Newark. He loved to listen to oldies music. Joseph is survived by his children, Laura Cifelli and her husband Joseph, and Joseph S. Alfano and his wife Stefanie; a sister, Sandra Delli Santi; and 2 grandchildren, Joseph and Justin Cifelli. Along with his parents, he was predeceased by his brother Salvatore Alfano and his sister Maryanne Giordano.
