Obituary for Joseph A. Egan II
Joseph A. Egan II, 47 of Belleville passed away on Tuesday, February 26, 2019. Born in Belleville, the son of Joseph A. Egan and the late Catherine (Baragone) Egan, he lived in Jersey City, North Arlington and Parsippany prior to returning to Belleville 2 years ago.
He was an operating Engineer with the International Brotherhood of Operating Engineers, Local 68.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Alicia Messina-Egan; his father, Joseph A. Egan; his mother-in-law, Laura Messina; his father-in-law, Anthony Messina and his sister-in-law, Loren Messina.
There will be a memorial visitation held at the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 267 Centre St., Nutley on Saturday, March 2, 2019 from 10 am until 1 pm with the service at 12:30 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the American Diabetes Association, (www.diabetes.org/) would be preferred.
