Josephine Lescavage, 83 of Toms River, passed away Monday May 18, 2020. The daughter of the late Fiore and Anna (Verdicchio) Pastena, she lived in Bloomfield prior to moving to Toms River 20 years ago. The beloved wife of the late William J. Lescavage, Josephine is survived by her son, Mark Lescavage and his wife Nicole; a brother, William Lescavage; brother-in-law, Thomas Lescavage and his wife Betty; sister-in-law, Lorraine Della Volpe; 3 grandchildren, Alexander, Nickolas, and Jonathan; and also many nieces and nephews. Along with her husband and her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Silvio Pastena and his wife Theresa.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, www.stjude.org/donate/ or Grace Hospice, 105 Fieldcrest Ave, Suite 402, Edison NJ 08837 would be preferred.
The funeral service and interment at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington will be held privately.
