Kenneth W. Johansen, 78 of Belleville, passed away on Sunday March 29, 2020. Born in Jersey City, he lived in Newark before coming to Belleville 55 years ago. Mr. Johansen was a self-employed plumber and was a U.S. Air Force veteran. “Big Ken” always had a smile on his face, a story to tell and more than anything, enjoyed spending time with his kids and grandkids. He is survived by his beloved wife, Rosemarie (Ricca) Johansen, his loving children, Danielle Perrette, Stacey Ferry and husband Frank, Desiree Stone, Kenneth Johansen and wife Laurie, Kevin Johansen and wife Jaclyn and sister Janice Romano. Ken will also be fondly remembered by his 4 grandchildren - Cory, Nicolette, Derric and Alexandra, in addition to his nieces and nephews. Ken was predeceased by his brother Robert Johansen and his son-in-law, Paul Perrette.
