Loving Wife, Mother, Sister, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother
Lillian J. Rich, 85, of Cranford, passed away on February 4, 2023. She was a lifelong resident of Nutley, only moving a few years prior. Lillian was the daughter of the late Amelio and Anna (Hemerick) Polito. She was an administrative assistant for Howmedica Medical Supplies in Rutherford. She was predeceased by her loving husband William Rich. She is survived by her children, John Rich, and his wife Kathleen, Ann Wolf, and her husband George, and Linda Reda. Her siblings Emil and Paul Polito, and Dolores Booher, her grandchildren Kaitlyn Fink, Corey and Megan Rich, and Amber Jansson, her great grandchildren Aubree Fink and Ethan Jansson.
The funeral will be on Thursday, February 9, 2023, at 9:30am from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, (www.swbrownandson.com), 267 Centre St., Nutley.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Church, 17 Monsignor Owens, Place, Nutley at 10:30am.
The interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, from 3-7pm.
