Linda Livecchi-Ventura, 60 of Nutley, passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2020. Born in Manhattan, Linda was the daughter of Josephine (De Meo) and the late Charles Livecchi. She was the first in a long line of DeMeo cousins, helping set the tone for the DeMeo family bond. Linda spend most of her childhood in Yonkers NY. After taking several college courses, she worked at Philip Morris in Manhattan for over a decade in the marketing group, then at Pepsico in Westchester, NY and finally at Barr Labs in Rockland County, NY before dedicating her life to motherhood. Linda loved to dance, attend theater, meet people, hostess and cook. She was supportive of her many friends. She had a generous heart and participated in many events at Grace Church in Nutley, the Episcopal Church Women, and church dinners. Her laugh was infectious, and her love of family knew no bounds. Linda is survived by her beloved husband Anthony Ventura; her children, Ayanna and Andrew Ventura, her mother Josephine Livecchi, a brother, Joseph Livecchi, and a sister, Joanne Commisso.

The wake will be at the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, (www.swbrownandson.com), 267 Centre St., Nutley, NJ. Visitors will be received there by the family on Sunday, July 19 from 2-5 pm.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, July 20, 2020 at 9:30 am at Grace Episcopal Church, 200 Highfield Lane, Nutley with limited seating for family only.

The interment will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery, 50 Jackson Ave, Hastings-On-Hudson, NY, section number 99, at 11:45.
