Obituary for Lorraine E. Berg (Risch)
Lorraine E. Berg, 91 of Scotch Plains, passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2020. Born in Newark, Lorraine was the daughter of the late Frederick and Frances (Reif) Risch. She retired as a clerk for Prudential Insurance of America. She was also past president of the American Legion Post 70 of Nutley.
The beloved wife of the late Edward J. Berg, Lorraine is survived by her daughter, Deborah Molloy; her son, Edward Berg Jr.; 4 grandchildren, Heather Amoroso and her husband Mark, Nicholas Berg, Christopher Berg, and Ryan Berg; and 2 great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held at the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 267 Centre Street, Nutley, on Monday July 6th at 11:45am.
Friends and family will be received at the funeral home from 11am till service time.
The interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover.
In accordance with the current State regulations, everyone must wear a face mask and observe social distancing recommendation of 6 feet.
