Obituary for Louise Scarpa (Sammarro)
Loving Wife and Sister
Louise Scarpa, 103, of Boonton, passed away peacefully on November 14, 2022. Born and raised in Nutley, she lived in Middlesex, and Montville prior to moving to Boonton 6 years ago. Louise was the daughter of the late Michael and Annuziata (Sposato) Sammarro. She retired as a seamstress, and she also worked many years as an aide with the Middlesex School District. Louise was predeceased by her loving husband Joseph Scarpa, her brother Joseph, her sisters Rose Carminati, Catherine Aiello, Jay Concadoro, Dorothy Nazzaro, Caroline Pagano, and Rosaline Sellari. She is survived by her brother Michael Sammarro, and many nieces and nephews, grand nieces and nephews and great grand nieces and nephews.
Memorial visitation will be on Thursday, November 17, 2022, from 9:30-10:30am from S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, (www.swbrownandson.com), 267 Centre St., Nutley.
A funeral service will be conducted at 10:30am.
The entombment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Park, Union.
